26. What are the rules about advertising my non-profit organization's event?
A letter of permission must be submitted to the Board of Trustees stated the specifics regarding the event. This letter will be presented at the nearest Trustee meeting for consideration.

28. How do I dispose of hazardous waste materials such as paints, paint thinners, household chemicals, auto fluids, propane tanks?
The Village of Pittsford does not pick up any hazardous waste materials, however, the Town of Pittsford Highway Garage annually holds a hazardous waste drop off date, usually in the spring. For the Town Garage, please call 585-248-6270. You may also contact Monroe County for an appointment at one of their facilities to dispose of wastes. The number for Monroe County is 585-753-1080.
